The prize draw is open to Veterinary Surgeons based in the UK excluding Boehringer Ingelheim employees and their immediate family and closes on 30th August 2013. No purchase necessary. There is one Apple iPad with Retina display to be won, only one entry can be accepted per Veterinary Surgeon. There are no cash or credit alternatives. To enter, complete all fields in the survey, including your registration number. All fields are mandatory.
The winner’s details will be obtained from The Colic Survey and used to notify the winner. The promoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate the promotion in case of fraud, without liability.
